The location was great. Close to the Laguna. Close to Centro. All walking distance. A short drive to any other activities. The only thing that could improve was the mattress and pillow. But other than that, everything else was great!

The shower is awful, water does not come out, on the stairs there were always bees, the coffee from the manha very limited not to speak badly, it takes a long time. The room has some rules of the house as they can enter the room at any time they deem necessary, it is forbidden to carry food p the room. In our room there was a coffee maker but there was no outlet nearby, and the worst as it is a wet lagoon the bikini has NO UNIC PLACE P VOCE EXTEND Nothing they should make available.

Good location and good cost benefit

Rooms with balconies and more spacious and no balcony and smaller. Simple structure, but with the necessary. Breakfast is good, but leaves no choice to serve. You will have to choose the menu of the day that the attendant offers. There's no menu.
Wi-fi leaves little to be desired, but the Internet in Bacalar does not seem to be the best.

Short stop 100 meters from the lake as the crow flies.

Modern, spacious and pleasant room but with a slightly noisy refrigerator.
Beautiful terrace with chairs and armchairs; to see the lake, you have to go out into the street, contrary to the description given when booking, which stipulated the presence of a balcony.
A la carte breakfast included, but limited to one dish.
Noisy neighborhood during our visit.
Convenience:
Kettle, coffee bags and glasses provided; no bottle of water and safe at extra charge. No iron and ironing board, WiFi a little slow depending on time of use.
