Check in was very slow. There were cockroaches roaming around at the reception area.

Best service ever!!!
Rishi the bar manager and his team were brilliant with the cocktails and service they provided. What an amazing experience, I would never consider staying anywhere else in Mauritius. Looking forward to coming back in the coming years. Thank you.

Pleasant experience with spa team
A massive shoutout to the Kalsh Getting around the beautiful, expansive property was always a breeze, and the golf car guy went completely above and beyond—always arriving with a huge smile, amazing energy, and making sure we got to where we needed to go comfortably and quickly. He truly added a wonderful spark to our daily experience.
Another absolute highlight was our time at the spa with the spa team (Prisaila, Wassirah, Sheena, Oceane, Antuya). The massage therapists are exceptionally skilled and intuitive. After days of travel, their treatment was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and sink into relaxation mode. It was hands-down one of the best massages we've ever had.
