Good experience

A remarkable hotel experience
I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their professionalism, their warm welcome, and the quality of the services.
A special mention to Hind, Executive Housekeeper, for her professionalism, her availability, and her attention to the quality of service.
Thanks also to Salma, who welcomed me with great courtesy, accompanied me to my room, and introduced the hotel to me with great attention.
I thank Karim, as well as Rabie and Nehila at the front desk, for their welcome and their availability. Thanks also to the restaurant team for the quality of service, as well as to Mounir, Night Manager, for his professionalism.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.
A very beautiful experience, worthy of professional hotel service. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you for your excellent work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I feel sorry to write a bit of a negative comment about this hotel but I feel that I should share my experience to help others as well as the hotel. My experience might be different from most.
First, I wrote a message to the hotel on this website requesting a special decoration for a honeymoon weeks in advance but no reply.
Second, when I arrived I spoke English but was greeted in darijah. Maybe because of my wife but soon the receptionist asked for my marriage certificate. I read this law ended in may 2024. After presenting it everything was okay.
Third, I didn’t request a view but my room was below the lobby and can only see a cement wall. The kids club was nearby also making lots of noise. The rooms are supposed to be “soundproof” and the pillows are too soft making them difficult to support your head. No information for WiFi or room service anywhere in the room.
Finally, I went to breakfast one hour before closing and they stopped serving food already. Most of the fruits and pastries were gone. Nobody checking on us if we needed napkins or extra forks. I can only compare to other stays in Morocco but I stayed at cheaper places with better service. It’s also far away from the beach and the rest of town. Hotel feels small. Valet was friendly though.

INCREDIBLE

Great!
Magnificent,
The suite is super pretty.
The food is incredible.
Now, it is very high in terms of prices,
Food, drinks, etc., if you do not have a big budget, you should not eat at the hotel.
But the Restaurant (La Mer) is incredible.
Room service, very expensive: €7 for a bottle of water..
Apart from that, the service is top-notch, bellhop, valet, etc.
The only thing, room service does not pick up the food and it is annoying to have to chase after them.

To be avoided at all costs: one of the worst stays of our lives

In summary: room not as booked, complaint ignored for hours, change to a tiny fake suite, unprofessional manager with no added value, faulty room card, dangerous unsecured balcony, under-equipped and poorly managed kids club, defective headboard, saturated parking, exorbitant restaurant prices and poorly equipped gym. Only positive point: the breakfast buffet.
*Photos attached as proof.
First, the room. We had booked a room with an ocean view for five days, and we ended up with a view of a building wall: we had to go out of the room to catch a glimpse of a semblance of an ocean. Our complaint upon arrival was purely and simply ignored until five o'clock the next day, with no response from the front desk despite our repeated calls.
Next, the room itself with no privacy since it opens onto a common terrace for several rooms and guests walk by to explore the premises.
The room change, obtained after multiple follow-ups. The front desk staff just apologized, telling us that the manager was absent and that as soon as he assigned the room they would call us back. We were finally offered a change presented as a suite, in reality a tiny and awkward space with a beam right in the middle, far inferior to the initial room. I had to call the front desk one more time and demand that a manager come over. Faced with my protest, the manager sent to handle the situation showed a total lack of professionalism, a disconcerting nonchalance and above all no added value or understanding, coldly repeating that that was what a suite was, and going so far as to answer us with an inappropriate remark in Arabic: "sebrou ma3ana". A shocking lack of professionalism for a position of responsibility.
To top it all off, when I warned the manager that I would leave a review about my stay, he replied without the slightest embarrassment: "Go ahead, leave it." A response that alone summarizes the management's total contempt for its customers.
Then, the next day, the room key incident. I come back up from the pool in my swimsuit and find myself unable to enter my room. Kindly, a housekeeping agent calls the front desk a first time; I wait five minutes, then, embarrassed, he calls them himself to inform them that I am still waiting, without success. After fifteen minutes, I am forced to go down myself in my swimsuit in front of many guests, and when I point out the two calls, I am told coldly that they did not receive any calls even though the agent called them in front of me.
Another serious point: the balcony security. The balcony lock, which opened onto a terrace shared by several rooms, did not work, which means that anyone could have entered our room. We waited twenty minutes for a technician to try to fix it before we could go out to eat in the evening, a basic security flaw that should have been checked before our arrival. Not to mention the guests who walk by on that terrace and can look inside the room.
We also took our son to the kids club, and there again, disappointment. On site: a single table with six full chairs and children waiting in a dejected state and practically no activities, apart from a few blocks and a painting workshop that was already full (no developmental games, no Legos, no dolls, nothing). When I asked the employee present if my son could do some painting, she replied dryly that there was no more room. I asked her if there were other activities, she vaguely replied that there were "a few," without offering anything concrete, then sent me back to the front desk instead of looking for a solution herself. I insisted on speaking to a manager on-site. Once she arrived, I explained the situation to her, and she eventually admitted herself, without beating around the bush, that I was right and that the club was poorly organized and poorly equipped. Despite this admission, no concrete solution was offered to us at the time, other than to wait for another child to finish their activity so that mine could finally do something. A kids' club supposed to entertain children, but totally under-equipped, poorly managed, and with staff who prefer to shirk responsibility rather than properly welcome families.
Finally, a headboard with a glaring sag, a totally saturated parking lot, a restaurant menu with exorbitant and unjustified prices, and a poorly equipped gym with no water bottles or towels.
The only positive point of the entire stay: the buffet. As for the rest, between the lie about the ocean view and the attitude of the management, it is one of the worst hotels we have ever experienced. I absolutely do not recommend it.

A wonderful break

Very beautiful hotel with very attentive, caring, and professional staff. We were charmed by our suite and by the little cookies that were waiting for us. I highly recommend this hotel if you want luxury and professional staff who are attentive, available, and responsive. A big thank you to Khadija who was top-notch and very responsive. The bedding is superb, you sleep very well, the sea view is superb... in short, everything was just perfect.
