Very nice apartments and great views

Lovely apartment for a family of four. The one with views is worth paying more as the views are stunning. Very comfortable beds. Nice staff in the office. Very happy!

Staff is great! The owner does not return the deposit by himself.

Tip: do not pay the deposit by bank card. Pay cash so you can get it back in cash because it took me months to finally get my money back from the deposit. And I had to go to a lot of trouble for this.

Room was not clean. Pile of dust in living area floor. Crumbs on window ledge. Bed was like cement as well as the pillows. Dry loud area. Noise all night long. Prayers are heard a few times a day and they are extremely loud. Not really set up for short stays

Reception, maintenance and security staff were very friendly and welcoming. Any issues you brought up to them were rectified immediately. I had stayed in the loft room and 2 of us easily managed our week from there. The ocean view was great whilst giving you a feel of the local area around the apartment. Restaurants, markets, shops and beach are all walking distance from here.
Only thing we were disappointed in was that it wasn’t and all inclusive with food even though it had been written in the booking. I’m guessing it was a language barrier and misunderstanding. But other than that i have zero complaints during our stay.

5* service, recommended!

What a fabulous experience, from the start of the booking, communication was fantastic, arranged a transfer from the airport to the the apartment complex only €25. We were greeted on arrival, shown to our apartment which we found more than surpassed our needs. Nothing was too much bother even printing our boarding passes as we hadn't realised you needed paper copies and Tanger airport, and again arranging our return transfer. Couldn't recommend enough ! Muhammed who does the transfer, was also kind enough on the way to the apartment, giving us a free tour of the landmarks and beauty points in Tangier.
