The worst of the worst

I strongly advise against booking at this property. As soon as we arrived, no one welcomed us, there was a guard who didn't even know English, it was impossible to communicate. Until 2.30 am they left me and my 14 year old daughter waiting for the owner who was not available. The next day we managed to get in and left immediately. Everything dirty, the mattresses visible with dirty sheets thrown on top, the bathroom dirty in every part, the toilet again with splashes... the kitchen not usable... I took photos and requested a refund. We had to find another place to stay. Disgusting!!! They even had the courage to ask me for the tourist taxes....incompetent in all respects. The pool is a dirty puddle.
