It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad. Breakfast was good and useful. I would say if visiting in winter months that this Riad was very cold. The air con didn’t seem to work in heating up the room. This was the one place where I could see my breath so that was a bit of a drawback. I’m sure in the warmer months it’s very comfortable.

Thank you Madame, Abdel, and your tireless associate for making us feel so welcome and at home. We had a wonderful time in Meknes and a lot of that had to do with YOU. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Our stained glass window room was magical. 10 stars.

Fantastically comfortable bed and clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and a perfect location for exploring the Medina and other sites

Very nice original Medina home. Don't be put off by the non-descript front door in an alley way.

They were beautiful

I state that the people they run are exquisitely kind, that the structure of the house is magnificent, like all these riads neĺle medine. But.... all the photos that make them look wonderful, are photos from at least 10 years ago. Now the terraces are ruined, dusty, almost unusable from neglect. The much dreamed breakfast on the terrace I did not do in any riad. The bathrooms have broken doors or even don't have them, our flush button was broken, outside his seat. The taps have not been polished for years and leak, carpet dust reigns, the floors are all stained you do not understand what. Frankly, I've been uncomfortable with neglect and widespread dirt. The skylight that from the terrace directly onto our living room was all open, if it rained... I'm sorry to say because the two guys who welcomed us are really nice, but you can not keep a hotel in those conditions.
