Magical
If there is a paradise on earth, it is right here. Everything is perfect, the riad feels like it is from another time, immersing us directly in this magical culture; we become princesses and kings of another era... but when we step out of the riad, the restaurant Le Jardin transports us to Asia, with delicious dishes that would make the local Asians envious; the Moroccan table takes you to the country. I warmly thank the entire team (pool, the garden, the Moroccan tables, the spa) and especially Soufiane and Fatima Zohra for welcoming us and advising us on places to visit. For your information: the White Camel that Fatima Zohra recommended to us is a gem!! Thank you all, and we will return with pleasure!!

Other worldly
I read wonderful reviews of the Royal Mansour Marrakech (we also stayed at the RM in Casablanca) before our stay in August but to experience it is other worldly....it's like staying in Palace and being treated like the Royalty of Morrocco.
Everyone from the wonderful bartenders to the door men, drivers, hosts and hostesses. concierge and waiters and housekeeping are the best of the best. Zora and Abdul in Concierge can make anything happen for you and their resources are vast and network the highest end. Chadey (sp) is charming, Kamal the breakfast host will remember everything you ordered and a wonderful and kind host and even if you have a question on your bill Hyatt will handle it with the utmost of care. Everyone we came in contact with was uniquely kind and caring there are so many more people to thank.
The RM is at another level and worth not only the beautiful accommodations but one of the most unique experiences you'll ever have!

A Truly Special Marrakech Experience
We visited the Royal Mansour twice during our stay in Marrakech, and both visits were exceptional. The setting is simply stunning, with an atmosphere that feels incredibly elegant and special without being too formal or stuffy. The standout for us, however, was the pianist — absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of both evenings. His playing created the perfect atmosphere and made our visits feel genuinely memorable. The service was excellent throughout, and it was a pleasure to spend time in such a beautiful setting as a family. A must-visit if you’re in Marrakech, even if only for an evening drink and to experience the atmosphere.

Having worked in luxury hospitality for many years and having had the opportunity to visit and experience numerous luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that Royal Mansour Marrakech is in a category of its own.
What makes Royal Mansour truly special is its unique DNA. It is not simply a beautiful luxury hotel. It is a remarkable expression of Moroccan hospitality, architecture, craftsmanship and culture, brought together with an exceptionally high level of professionalism.
The attention to detail is remarkable, but what impressed me most was the human element behind the experience. The combination of genuine Moroccan hospitality, refined service standards and highly professional people creates something that is difficult to replicate.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Pierre, who welcomed me during my visit. From the very first moment, he made me feel genuinely welcome. His warmth, professionalism, generosity and passion for hospitality were exceptional. He took the time to exchange with me as a fellow hospitality professional and made the visit both inspiring and memorable.
After many years in the industry and many travels, I can confidently say that Royal Mansour has something very few luxury hotels manage to create: a genuine sense of identity and soul.
