Abdahrim was incredible!! So kind and welcoming. I requested a late check out and they gave it to me. I also had to hang out for a while because I had a late flight and they let me.

Very disappointing

Very unsatisfactory cleaning, small room and different from the one booked.
Dirty sheets and towels, shower that flooded the whole bathroom, old sanitary ware, broken windows. Dirty and degraded rofftop. Poor breakfast.Eviatte gets better around

Not great.

Good physical welcome, that's all.
Breakfast not great, to avoid.
We went with our teenagers who wanted to sleep in the morning. So breakfast in 2 times....our request did not please the manager who grunts asked us to wake them up! Well, no, they'll come down later!
Shower bite and pommel very failing.
Quiet but noisy location: the riad is a sounding board.
Otherwise it's Clean.
Good bedding.

Very nice, small but beautiful riad close to the airport, with welcoming staff, and great food.

Two things about the location. It was ideal for me since I was going to stay close to the airport after my late arrival from London, and in the morning, I was to take off for Essaouira. But it is really hard to find. Fortunately, when my taxi dropped me off, there was a guy there who knew where it was and led me to it. I would have never found it without him. It was in alleyways and a fair walking distance of almost 10-minutes from the alley where the taxi dropped me off.
But the staff had communicated with me earlier to know if I wanted to have dinner. The single staff member there, an older man, was very welcoming, and he served me one of the best chicken vegetable tajines I had in Morocco. The lady in the morning who served me a very nice Moroccan breakfast was also very good. If you need help during off-hours, there is no one to call. I had to wait until 8 am until I could talk to someone.
Apparently, the sound carries in the RIad. Or maybe me being an American talked louder than Moroccans and Europeans who stayed at the Riad did, since they were speaking a lot softer.
But otherwise, the RIad is a small but beautiful one.
