Incredible stay
We had an incredible stay at Nobu Marrakech.
The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere elegant and warm.
We were able to test the restaurant, and each dish was a true culinary journey. Special mention for the quality of the service, attentive from start to finish, which made the experience even more memorable.
A huge thank you also to Nadia, the hostess, who welcomed us with great professionalism, kindness, and a wonderful smile. Her welcome immediately set the tone for the evening, and we felt privileged from the moment we arrived.
A must-visit address in Marrakech to experience a high-end, refined, and unforgettable experience. We will return with great pleasure!

Amazing vacation!
A truly unforgettable first visit to Marrakech! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It was our first time in Morocco, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than Nobu Hotel Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — by the city, the culture, the food, and most of all, by the incredible team at this hotel.
A special thank you to concierge Redouan Bijji and Jamal for their outstanding guidance — their restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on and truly elevated our experience. And a special mention to Youssef and the entire staff!
The front desk team — Khadija, Mendi, Shiman, Salma and Narjiss — gave us a beautiful room and made us feel so welcome every single day.
A huge thank you to Jamila for keeping our room immaculate, and to the breakfast team — Nassima, Fettah and Moatassim — for starting each morning with warmth and smiles.
The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning — incredible views, amazing vibe. Brahim and Maskane took exceptional care of us there.
I also discovered Pilates Reformer for the first time, and our instructor Kaoutar was wonderful — professional, encouraging and inspiring!
Nobu Marrakech is elegant, beautifully located, and the staff is simply exceptional. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories — we will absolutely be back!

Good hotel great location but unfortunately not excellent due to loud music
I read with interest the reviews about the hotel and unfortunately I cannot review it as excellent good yes excellent no. Reviews are of course very subjective and ultimately you have to make your own mind up which is why I have to say the was one key thing that prevented me from giving the hotel 5 out of 5 and it was the Roof Top bar/pool/restaurant. Whilst many praised this area I am afraid I can’t. The music was incredibly loud and whilst I appreciate some perhaps even many of the hotels customers may like this I certainly did not. It was impossible in my opinion to have a relaxing time by the pool and the music continued late into the night. We even decided not to try the bar or restaurant in the evening because if the noise. On the plus side the rooftop did give a fantastic view of the city and we were lucky enough to see the snow covered mountains in the background.
I should also balance my review by saying the staff at breakfast were fantastic in particular Adnam and Abel Ghafour provided excellent service and the food quality here was 5 star. A special mention also for the house keeping team who did an excellent job with Jamila looking after our particular room.
So the key question would we stay again unfortunately the answer is no purely because of the loud music at the rooftop, which is a real shame because otherwise it was an excellent hotel.
I should also balance my review by saying the staff at breakfast were fantastic in particular Adnam and Abel Ghafour provided excellent service and the food quality here was 5 star. A special mention also for the house keeping team who did an excellent job with Jamila looking after our particular room.

No privacy whatsoever - had staff coming into our room three times during the one night we stayed there despite us locking the door and telling them to not come in when they knocked. My wife wears the hijab so this was really important but this was not considered. Also, the rooftop is really loud so is difficult to get sleep and we had an early flight the following morning. Staff are not welcoming. Really shocked at the service here as we heard good things but we had a very opposite experience

Amazing stay
My partner and I spent three nights here and honestly we didn't want to leave.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special without ever feeling over the top.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable.
Housekeeping did a great job every day, and we appreciated all the little touches.
The rooftop bar quickly became our favourite spot. The atmosphere in the evening is amazing, with great views over Marrakech and excellent cocktails.
We also had dinner at the Nobu restaurant, and it definitely lived up to the reputation. The food was outstanding, especially the black cod and sushi, and the service was flawless from start to finish.
Overall, this was the best hotel experiences we've had in Morocco. If you're visiting Marrakech as a couple, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nobu Hotel.
