Absolutely recommended. Especially with Mohammed as contact

Location is superb, a few seconds from the busy street, which you don't notice in the Riad. Nice auite we had, which was cleaned daily and every day a neat breakfast which was slightly different every day.
Mohammed was our host which is absolutely amazing. Helped us at a time when I noticed on arrival at the Riad that I had the wrong suitcase. Set everything in motion and it was settled. Also at crazy hours he responded quickly and helped us with the necessary information. So Muhammad is a big 10 for us

Did not like · We arrived at the establishment, first point: a cold welcome. Second point: we had room 3, the bathroom was completely clogged. So they changed our room to, in the end, the largest room in the Riad. But upon arrival, surprise, all the services were torn… the sofa-living room and a defective bathtub. Furthermore, the pools—a big subject—the one at the top is empty, so they are not usable. The square one downstairs has cloudy water and is not very clean… As for breakfast, it is less high-quality than some other Riads because of many industrial products. Too bad, because there is potential.

Very Poor Condition!

The condition of the reception area and terrace was so poor and the attitude of the staff so uninterested („we only work here, we can do nothing“) that we did not stay. Despite having no immediate alternative option for our 3 nights in Marrakech we left after a tour of the shared areas. They would not even show us our reserved room as they were in a dispute with our tour operator who made the reservation. The furniture in the very tiny inner courtyard was broken (unusable) and dirty. The small table for tea featured dusty, dried „flowers“ and a broken frame for the internet access. The bathtub described as an indoor pool in a dark corner of a side room is unusable, likewise the footbath on the roof, described as an outdoor pool - broken with no water in it. (Supposedly to be cleaned). We have stayed in several charming, wonderful little riads throughout Morocco but this place was horrible - with zero traditional warmth and a staff that cannot be bothered to try to spruce anything up.

Superb Riad , with very kind and kind staff , Reida was extremely kind all stay , the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is incredibly good .

Well located road with great service from fantastic staff

My partner and I had a fabulous 3 night stay at Maison H Kasbah. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Asma and her team looked after us like family. Nothing was too much trouble. Asma went above and beyond arranging excursions for us. She even tracked down a taxi driver who had overcharged us and demanded he bring us 200 dirhams which we had in 10 minutes. Unbelievable service..I can't recommend this place enough.
