From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The level of service and genuine hospitality we received made our trip even more special, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Restful holiday
Another amazing visit. Our third time here. Walking through the "Two Towers" instantly gives a sense of calm. It is like an oasis outside the frenzy of old city Marrakesh. The rooms are lovely, the pool and main rooms beautiful. The restaurant serves a tasty choice of European and Moroccan breakfasts. Dinner is served with view of the garden. Lunch can be served under a pergola overlooking the pool or snacks by your sunbed. There are lovely ponds dotted around with turtles. The Potage (vegetable garden) at the rear of the property has a family of goats in their pen. We were lucky enough to see four baby peacocks walking around with their mother.

A gem of a find within a 15 minute drive of the medina. In a beautiful setting with turtles basking in ponds and a family of peacocks wandering free. A lovely swimming pool and extensive grounds to either walk around or find a quiet relaxing spot to chill . Our room had all amenities but full of character- but so important the shower was hot and worked! The aircon was also very efficient.
Staff very friendly and helpful and were very accommodating with our late check out request.
Breakfast waiter served from a menu and no buffet- a welcome change as you eat so much more from a buffet.
Hotel organises cars into the centre ( or wherever you want to go) and not as expensive as other hotel organised transport. We had the same efficient driver for 3 days and just WhatsApp’d him to collect us .
Dinner/ fixed price for 2 or 3 courses and great choice.
Really enjoyed our 2nights and would definitely recommend.

Remarkable service
Beautiful setting, exceptional service. The restaurant is really very good and the lush terrace is very pleasant.
The rooms, with their minimalist Moroccan style, are very spacious and very comfortable.
The kindness and attentiveness of all the staff is remarkable - The service is impeccable.
We will return with pleasure =)

Terrible experience
We booked the spa at Les Deux as a couple. The massages we received were lovely, but apart from that it was a terrible experience. There were no changing facilities - we had to change in the room they were giving the massage in. There were multiple bugs on the massage table. The atmosphere was all around very cheap, and no effort was made to create a relaxing experience - the lights were on so there was very poor ambience as there was lots of other equipment in this small room. After the treatment I was told to get dressed and we were given a tea and almonds in the reception area- no access to the hotel’s other facilities such às the pool. I would not recommend coming here for the spa at all. It is not an experience and a quick in an out treatment only. I was extremely disappointed.

Regarding your comment about insects, we would like to mention that a single ant was unfortunately spotted in the treatment room, rather than the multiple bugs described in your review. While this can occasionally happen in a garden setting such as ours, we nevertheless fully understand your sensitivity to the matter.
We would also like to mention that you arrived late for your first appointment without prior notice. Despite this, our team made every effort to accommodate you comfortably and no additional charges were applied.
Finally, we were particularly surprised by the nature of this review, especially considering the positive feedback shared directly with our Spa Manager following your treatments. We also noticed that this account appears to have been created solely for the purpose of publishing this review, which makes the situation even more unfortunate from our perspective.
