Flawless welcome, charming place

Tastefully decorated rooms, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding
Hearty breakfast and dinner on request excellent, Hasna regaled us with her good Moroccan dishes.

We were fooled

I booked through Booking and when we arrived we were told we had to go to another hotel because someone had booked before us. We did not have a SIM card to call Booking they did all the management but outside Booking. We had to choose another hotel in a hurry and running, we were told we were paid the taxi to the other hotel and the price difference (30€). In the end they had not paid the taxi and we had an acrimonious argument with the taxi driver, which we had to pay, plus new fees at the other hotel and the transfer we had already paid to the first hotel. In short, we felt cheated, they did not cover the expenses they caused us and gave us a very hard time with the taxi driver.

Lovely riqd near the medina with easy access to taxi at the bab el khemis square

Not the kind of place i would return with my partner.

Not the kind of place i would return with my partner. I found out that girls there were waiting for male customers to splash their money partying. The laundry service was very poor, the food not so great and the door have no locker on so when you go out you have left all of your belonging to a stranger. The bath did not work either. Hoo and do not even think to call the police, they are not interested in tourists and do not speak english or other languages. This seemed to be a party place for me so please go alone.

I went to this place with my partner and i did not like it at all.

I went to this place with my partner and i did not like it at all. I do not even know where to start from. The shower was always cold so i had to let the manager know and he came in the bedroom pretty much all the times. My laundry was stained and the breakfast arrived late to name a few. The worst thing was to have to deal with the male manager who clearly was into my girlfriend.
