Perfect

Very nice hotel. The staff (especially maher) helped us out to organize our trip to the dessert and showed us around in fez. The breakfast is great, looking out over the medina. Will come back! Special thanks to maher for the great service!

AVOID AT ALL COST! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU LIFE AVOID! Terrible experience!!! Got here redirected from other rijad. Had bedbugs in bed so decided to leave in the morning. Staff acted crazy. Started shouting, throwing objects, spitting. Almost got beaten up. Got a lots of offends. Worst of my experience EVER as travelerer!!! (Seen 36 countries). Situation like that make me wondering if I ever want to come to Morrocco again.

DON'T BOOK HERE

We had a reservation for three nights in Riad Nassim. Upon arrival the host was rather surprised, and said 'oh, but we are closed due to renovation'. After this we were send to another Riad in another part of the medina. Our new Riad was extremely dirty: the toilet was not cleaned, sheets not changed, there was a matress on the ground, both bathroom and the door of or room was difficult to close. This was definitely not what we booked for. Based on this, we decided to leave and stay at another Riad and we were so happy we did! We are two girls from the Netherlands who both happen to work in a four star hotel property in Amsterdam, I am even responsible for the Front Office. We know how relocation works, so we were easy at first. Please, don't take it lightly when we say: save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Worst Riad EVER!!

1. Most of the pictures shown in the booking site did not correspond to the real Riad. That is misleading and not a legal practice for sure.
2. We booked a Suite and what they offered was a small room in a really poor condition (not even a standard double room): old dirty bed linen, mold on the walls in bathroom, room smelling damp, broken tiles... to say the least.
3. The room was not equipped with facilities described. They do NOT even have hot water or decent Wifi.
4. It is NOT possible to paid by credit or debit card, although they claim is possible...
4. The entrance door of the Riad was broken, open all day a no one in reception to keep the hotel safe (NO SAFETY at all) or even for Check in. Actually, when we arrived to the Riad at the previously agreed time, no one showed up for Check in. We waited 1 hour and a half until someone came there and did the check in (they didn't have the room ready by the way). They also wanted to charge us for tourist fee although they mention in the reservation that the fee is already included in the total price!!! So, after a terrible first night there, having shower with cold water and feeling cheated, we decided to leave (although we still had one more night left).
Overall, one of the worst experiences ever, it's good that we found an amazing Riad that I highly recommend (and is really close to this sh***y one), called Dar Bab Guisa.

Fez is an exciting and vibrating city. Riad Nassim is a very good place to experience the Old Medina

The staff is very kind and helpful. Mahed is a great host.
He was very kind and helped us in all.
The breakfast is excellent and abundant.
The building is amazing and beautiful but need some improvements.
