Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Riad Green House is a recently renovated guest house set in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

A hidden gem in the heart of Fez Medina; don't be fooled by the narrow alleyway leading to it.
The staff are simply exceptional, they are the best we encountered across 8 Moroccan cities. Mehdi went above and beyond from the very first moment, waiting at the bus station at 4am when we arrived on the overnight bus from Merzouga.
We were given a room immediately to rest while our booked room was prepared. The next morning, Mehdi and his colleague sat with us, provided a detailed map and personally recommended every must-see in Fez. We explored the entire city confidently without a single paid tour guide. They made us feel completely safe, welcome and at home.
The riad itself is beautiful with a stunning tiled courtyard, ornate painted ceilings, carved wooden furnishings and a gorgeous rooftop terrace. Rooms are charming and breakfast is excellent.
Perfectly located inside the Medina with Al Attarine Madrasa, Al Qarawiyyin University, Bab Bou Jeloud and the Chouara Tannery are all within easy walking distance.
Mehdi and his team made Fez magical. Highly recommended.

A Truly beautiful riad, managed by knowledgeable, kind and friendly staff. Me and my family had the most wonderful stay. When we arrived we were greeted with refreshments of watermelon and juice, they remembered how much my daughter loved the watermelon when we were leaving and she was given a huge tub to take with her which she happily munched on the whole journey back. We were also given advice on how to navigate the medina which was a like saver.
Breakfast was fab and we'd return in a heartbeat.

Our stay was fantastic. The Riad is ideally located and the rooftop terrace is lovely. The staff are delightful — friendly, extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Would stay again!

Incredible hospitality and a true Riad experience
I had an amazing stay that far exceeded the price! Since Fes is like a giant maze, finding a Riad can be tricky, but the staff met us at a meeting point and guided me directly there.
We were immediately welcomed with delicious mint tea.
It is very close to Bar Boujloud, good location for finding old city of Fes or going out of the city for excursion such as the desert and Chefchaouen because the tours' meeting point is generally at Bar Boujloud.
The price is very affordable, so the bathroom and overall cleanliness are not fancy but reasonable for what you pay. It is perfect for those seeking an authentic Riad experience and friendly hospitality on a budget. They also offer currency exchange on-site, at least from Euro to MAD.
What impressed me most was their kindness even after I checked out. While staying at a different Riad later in my trip, I got lost and returned to this Riad to use their Wi-Fi. They welcomed me back warmly with Mint Tea and even helped me with directions.
Highly recommended for their heart-warming service!

Great riad and amazing staff!
Absolutely amazing place and to top it off the staff is even more amazing. The staff carries the authentic Moroccan experience of hospitality. Medhi and Ahmed are both phenomenal people and treat you like family. They are very attentive and incredibly accommodating. They provide phenomenal breakfast and many great recommendations around Fes they provided great tips like: download maps.me, avoid illegal tourist guides, avoid tourist traps. I would highly recommend this spot mainly because of the staff. The accommodations were great too! The rooms fit all 4 of us comfortably and had air conditioning! The roof top terrace is also a great add on to have breakfast while overlooking Fes. If you are considering this place I hope you do take since this was the highlight of my families time in Morocco.
