Hidden Gem

Its Located in Fes town not too far from the main road, the vibes this riad gave was exceptional as the hotel itself was 1700 years old and has a very antique touch. Also the dinner and breakfast is included which is delicious traditional delicacy! We arrived late and our Younis was very accomadative and very courteous. Absolutely would recommend! I usually dont do reviews but this place deserves to have a solid review✨️ I would definetely recommend this place to everyone to visit and experience the vibe.

Satisfied, enjoying and loving place

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler and had such a great experience! I really loved the decor and the authentic vibe of the whole riad and the room — it felt super cozy and charming.
The staff andwere so kind and helpful, always making sure everything was okay. The food was delicious, and the location is great too.
I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a real, authentic experience. I’d totally come back!

Very nice, a pearl in the middle of Fes

Very nice riad at the entrance of the medina. Very well located: Easily accessible by vehicles and still within the medina.
Very nice roof terrace: Don't miss it.
Very lovingly decorated. Stunning mosaics etc.
Very familiar, very fine food. Attentive and warm welcome.
I would definitely stay again.

Price charged doesn't reflect the real quality

The riad is conveniently located right next to the medina. It’s a small property with a certain charm: the rooms and common areas are richly decorated in a traditional style, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff speaks sufficiently good English, which makes communication easy. Breakfast was generous and varied, and dinner at the riad was of a good standard, both in terms of quality and presentation.
Unfortunately, the experience was affected by several downsides. The rooms are not soundproof, and especially those adjacent to the dining/breakfast area offer no privacy at all: noise is constant from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, making it impossible to rest properly. In addition, the light from the dining room filters into the room through the decorative glass panels of the entrance door.
Cleanliness was below expectations, the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell and is in need of renovation. Another negative point is the drinks offered at dinner, which were charged at unreasonably high prices.
In conclusion, although the riad has its charm and the staff is welcoming, the value for money was disappointing. Sadly, this reflects a common issue in Morocco, where the prices charged often do not match the real quality of the experience provided.
