Enjoyable stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nouzha. The rooms were recently renovated and we particularly enjoyed our room, which was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Everything was clean and the hygiene was impeccable.
The reception staff was very helpful, professional and always attentive to our needs. Their warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable.
We recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to come back during our next visit to Fes.

My experience from day one to day one

Bad experience at the hotel Nouzha Fes

Reservation confirmed by telephone for a room with balcony with the owner. When we arrived, we were told that there were no more and that there was only one more expensive suite left. We had to accept it out of time constraints. Unfortunately, the suite had a strong unpleasant smell and a constant noise from outside air conditioners. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the shower and the quality of the equipment.
Disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
