Family trip

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is peaceful, beautiful, and very clean. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We really loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Disappointment

Charming hotel... More than 2 kilometers from the medina.
Indoors for breakfast, a living room is provided with a sofa but the caretaker sleeps there all night and impossible to wake him before 9 am to be served! Besides, the stove does not arrive until 9 o’clock, so why wake him up?
Outside, a covered terrace in pitiful condition with a very dirty fake lawn carpet, the tables are not cleaned and it is in the cold that we have breakfast.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the experience was very positive. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good quality bedding, which allowed us to rest well.
Hearty and delicious breakfast
The staff is attentive and attentive, and the boss is particularly available. There is a real desire to continuously improve the establishment, which is very welcome.
Only small downside: the soundproofing remains light, especially if you are on the ground floor
In short, a very nice establishment with a very good reception and a real concern to satisfy guests.

good for a departure base for excursions but not for a stay. a little far from the medina (35 minutes walk)

Good service for a guest room. Hearty breakfast but not served at the requested time. Helpful and pleasant hosts

Lovely apartment with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, spacious living room and nice comfy big bed.
Really great price for the area and has parking right out the front.
For us it was a perfect location being out of the centre as we had a car but if you don’t have a car it is close enough to get into the main centre by walking or taxi. (If walking be aware that chefchaouen is in the mountain so the centre will be uphill)
Staff friends and helped us to the room with our luggage.
Breakfast was a lovely tradition Moroccan breakfast, bought to our room. Huge but amazing
The only thing that could be improved is to have a sign out the front saying dar blanca, however we identified the building from the photos so wasn’t too difficult
