Clean and modern apartment

We had to book this at very short notice whilst in Malta, Gabriel the owner/manager was very accommodating and arranged a viewing before we confirmed. The two bed apartment was clean and very modern. Large TV with numerous channels including sports/movies. Good kitchen area and kitchenware provided. We had a few issues with the water but Gabriel was very quick to sort these out and always available at the end of the phone to help/advise. Highly recommended.

Host not sure liars

I booked with them in September 2024 for July 2025, one day before arriving they cancelled for no reason, I booked for 12 days with direct payment

Very dirty and gaudy

The worst aparments we have stayed at!
First we booked another apartment (Boutique Apartments Saint Julians) from the same person that has this apartment. We have changed the apartment because it was very dusty and dirty.
But no luck. This apartment was just as dirty. When I asked for a blanked the house lady just took one from another room that others used. The toilet was so dirty that the antibacterial napkin that I used to clean it was yellow. The carpet under the bed smelled very bad.
We stayed there for 5 nights and no one came to clean or change the towels.
Also the windows didn’t fully close and it was drafty.
The building is very nice and the apartment must have been beautiful but now they are of such bad taste decirated and gaudy!
Don’t!!

I believe that people like you don't have to travel all the facilities that we manage on the island have top reviews you took in your photos of the little details we were about to complete now and then the facility is new and super working, go to a 7-star hotel if you can afford them.

Ho prenotato con mia moglie l appartamento attico è stato davvero un ottimo weekend il terrazzo e davvero ideale per rilassarsi , ottima pulizia e letti comodi e spaziosi con lenzuola di qualità super centrale tutto a due passi
