Not the best experience
We recently had a short stay here. Love the location as it is closer to main facilities (Health Center, groceries, most famous restaurants, beach, tailor shop, & cute coffee spots, etc). The staff was attentive and helpful overall throughout the stay & did try their best. But there were no local staffs on site at all, which would have been nice as we seek strong knowledge & information from the staffs to be shared without us having to ask. The bed was cozy and comfortable, however the room is small with very limited space. The hotel is calm and peaceful and there was a small balcony too for the room. We did encounter issue of pests (ants and a small gecko) during our stay. We did address this before departure & apologies were extended, but no service recovery was offered. It was an inconvenience, but we decided to manage as our stay was indeed very short & the location was amazing. Have shared some pictures for your reference.
