An unforgettable stay!
Moofushi was everything we hoped it would be and more. The island is beautiful, the water is unreal, the food was great, and the whole resort has such a relaxed vibe that it’s impossible not to switch off.
What really made the trip special, though, were the people. Chencho at the spa is incredible! Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
A huge shoutout to Stefano at the diving center as well. Every dive with him was fun, relaxed, and unforgettable. He definitely made the experience that much better.
I’d also like to thank Bertrand, the General Manager, who was always around, genuinely welcoming, and took the time to chat with every guest. It’s rare to see a GM so personable and hands-on, and it says a lot about the atmosphere he’s creating at the resort.
Moofushi is a stunning place, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful couples holiday at Moofushi again
We visited Constance Moofushi for two weeks in May 2025. It was so great we returned in May 2026 for another 2 week trip only to find it was even better. The staff here are wonderful and you feel very welcome like a guest on your own private island. Special thanks to Luty and Bertram for checking throughout our stay to see how things were going. It’s paradise just barefoot having wonderful breakfast on the sand, spending the day laying around the beach, dipping in the water and observing the wildlife. Lunch at Totem is great and dinners spent on the beach choosing from the best buffet you could wish for. The wine list is extensive - what a joy! Rooms are spotlessly clean and your every wish is anticipated. We have just booked our third trip for May 2027 and cannot wait to arrive once more. Shout out to Ricky who gave us an amazing special treat. Can’t wait to see you all again!

Paradise on Earth
We've just come back from our sixth stay at Constance Moofushi, and it remains, without question, our favourite place in the world. The resort is stunning — pristine white sand, impossibly clear warm water, and snorkelling reefs just a short swim from shore where turtles and incredible marine life are simply part of the scenery. But what keeps drawing us back, time and again, is the people.
From the moment you step off the boat and sink your feet into the sand, you're welcomed like family. It was wonderful to meet Bertrand, the new GM, whose warmth sets the tone for the entire resort. That feeling flows through every single department — front of house, food and beverage, housekeeping, the gardening team — everyone works together with a quiet harmony that makes the service feel effortless and genuinely personal.
For wine lovers, this place is a revelation. The all-inclusive list runs to over 125 labels, and the sommelier team — led by Madu who was away but the rest of the team filled in more than capably — have a gift for reading your palate and pairing wines you'd never have thought to choose yourself. We handed over all decisions to them and were delighted every single time. Their philosophy of "drink the wine, not the label" is one we've fully adopted. We have to give a special call out to Koko and Aime!
The food deserves its own mention. Mohan, the executive chef, leads a team that somehow conjures an extraordinary variety of dishes on a tiny island — fresh salads, artisan cheeses, homemade ice cream (thank you to Chef Priyantha Don) — the spread at Manta Restaurant has to be seen to be believed. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Many of the team live on the island year-round, and you feel that sense of belonging and pride in what they do. There's a smile from everyone you pass, every single time.

Amazing Moofushi
We have just come back from spending 2 weeks on Moofushi for our honeymoon. The island exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon!
From the moment we got off the seaplane, we were made to feel right at home by all the amazing staff. It is absolute luxury but not stuffy in the slightest.
The staff truly can’t do enough for you! Bertrand the GM is incredible and always checking in to make sure everything is ok.
The food in Manta and Alizee is exceptional. Binju and the serving staff are always ready to welcome you and made our trip very special. All the chefs are happy to assist but special thanks to Priyantha, who looked after my wife for the entire duration as she has food allergies. She has never eaten so much whilst away and they take cross contamination very seriously. I particularly enjoyed Yogi’s outdoor grilling!
Alongside the food, Constance has an extensive wine collection and the sommeliers are always on hand to recommend a wine based on your choice of food. In particular, Jeff, Maeva and Koko were brilliant, we never had the same bottle twice!
The drinks selection included in the Cristal package was amazing and all the bar staff are experts in cocktail making. Ricky, Praveen, Naas, Darma, Gopan and Shaa kept our drinks topped up for the duration.
The activities and excursions that are available are great too, we swam with Manta Rays, Nurse Sharks, Sea Turtles… the list goes on. The onsite activities, in particular the wine tasting, are also a must.
This was our first trip to the Maldives, but we feel like we got the island right first time and will definitely be returning!

Paradise on Earth - simply excellent!
We spent our honeymoon at the Moofushi Hotel and can say: It was the most beautiful hotel we could imagine for this special occasion. A true paradise on Earth!
The staff is simply outstanding – all incredibly nice, friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The service was consistently at the highest level, so we felt completely pampered and secure. We were particularly impressed by the sommelier and the great selection of wines. The wines were excellent!
The food at the Manta Restaurant was an absolute highlight. The variety is impressive, and you can clearly tell that someone has put a lot of thought into it – fresh, creative, and consistently delicious. We enjoyed every evening.
The diving school is first-class, and the spa area is simply outstanding: beautiful, professional, warm, and extremely relaxing. We also really enjoyed the yoga offerings.
Everything was impeccably clean, the facility well-maintained and stylish.
We were particularly happy that we traveled in the off-season. It was wonderfully quiet, we had plenty of space, and everything felt very intimate and exclusive – perfect for a honeymoon.
Conclusion: The Moofushi Hotel is worth every cent. We had an unforgettable time and would book again immediately. For couples seeking luxury and warm service, there is hardly anything better.
