Wonderful
I mean , it’s very cozy and nice hotel . Biggest plus is a wonderful view and staff .

Tolerable
The comfort of accommodation in this hotel is very conditional. The ergonomic design of the room is very low. Instead of a wardrobe, an open frame with a pull-out hanger bar. Not a single piece of furniture with a closing door, all in plain sight. Air conditioning dripping on the pillow. No Bra, only the upper light. The bed has no light switches (turn off the lights, then go to bed in the dark).
The bathroom is a masterpiece. The bathroom door in our room only closed with a bang-- stuck. The door is not down to the threshold,- under the door is inches, just empty. Instead of ventilation, there's a hole in the wall facing the hotel's common hallway, covered by a hyproc board with drill holes in it. Warm water - if you're lucky, and very briefly - prepare to bathe cool, and with low pressure. The shower is located in a strange place, right next to the toilet. No partition or curtain. No matter how carefully you try to bathe, the toilet will be in the water.
The crane is short, and located far from the sink. Because of this, the water jet flows very close to the far edge of the sink, and even swimwear is difficult to rinse, because once the thing is under the jet, the water spills over the edge (the pressure does not help to change, because it is initially low).
Bath towels were changed once in 10 days (although we requested). No foot towel at all. There is a towel mat in front of the sink, it is not a towel, sand was not removed from it even during cleaning (it once every 3 days). Beach towels don't change every day either. In 10 days, I've never seen a stack of towels available to guests. I managed to change the beach towel once - I had to go, ask, they were looking somewhere.
The lights go out regularly. It's often passed out on the 4th floor, our girls are tortured. Turning on traffic- on the 1st floor. No elevator, of course:)
The wi fi is generally tolerable. You can ask to take out and put an umbrella and sunbed on the beach in front of the hotel. It's convenient. You can't swim there - it's too shallow and the grass is at the bottom. But lying on the beach is comfortable.
The food is very modest. The upside is, it's not spicy. Dinner- 1 salad (more often cold tuna pasta, a la navy), 1 side dish, like cooked tuna, and something of fruit. For some reason served to this always fork+spoon. Every night we asked for knives. But the following evening the service was the same, and the knives on request, with nothing to eat with a spoon:)
Anyway, it's a hotel for very discreet guests. In general, everything is not critical, you can adjust. But if domestic comfort is important to you, you're not at this hotel.
