Work in progress?!...
The staff is very nice and welcoming.
Easy to park in front or very close.
On the other hand we had rooms in the 2nd building (“Bridgewing”) which requires going up to the 3rd floor, crossing the street via a covered walkway, then going down to the 2nd floor by stairs.... Not really comfortable with a heavy suitcase.
Breakfast from 7:00 only, so we paid for it but not tested because it was too late for us.
The cleaning of the rooms could be improved, the taps especially with traces of old soap.
Very noisy because of the birds and cars passing through the street.
Restaurant of the hotel OK.
No wifi due to work on the network... I felt like I was staying in a hotel with a renovation in progress.
But the staff’s sympathy remains a very positive point about this property.

Fast check in process. Good staff. Cleaniness could be better. The bedsheet already turn to yellowish color, time to change your bedsheet. Pool was good. Basic breakfast, but tasty.
Minus point is the elevator. Fast closing elevator even they put signage there, the hazard still there. Top management pls take action.

Leak at the bidet in the toilet, iron provided is not really clean on the surface. Breakfast meals are not variety. Hope they can improve in the future.
