Overall hotel vibe is like a budget hotel. But we chose the hotel for the location which is walking distance to tourists attractions. In that sense, they met expectations.

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience & Poor Handling by the Property
I made a booking for this property through Agoda on 8 November around 1:00 AM, intending to check in immediately after confirming the reservation. Nowhere on the listing did it mention that the hotel was fully booked for that night or that check-in would only be possible the next day at 3:00 PM. If such information had been clearly stated, I would never have proceeded with the booking, as I urgently needed a place to stay that night.
Right after confirming my reservation, I contacted the property to arrange check-in, only to be told that all rooms were occupied and that I could not check in at all. This was incredibly frustrating I had paid for a booking I couldn’t even use. I was left stranded in the middle of the night without accommodation, despite the fact that the booking went through successfully.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for assistance and clarification, the response I received from the management was unhelpful and inflexible. Instead of understanding the situation and offering a solution or refund, they simply referred to standard policies and did not acknowledge the property’s misleading availability information on Agoda.
This experience shows a serious lack of transparency and responsibility from the property. It’s unacceptable for a listing to allow bookings when rooms are actually unavailable and even more disappointing when the management refuses to handle such cases fairly.
I strongly urge future guests to double-check availability directly with the hotel before booking, as the online information may not be accurate. I also hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves their communication with booking platforms, and learns to handle guest issues with more professionalism and empathy.
Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend this property to anyone who values honesty, clarity, and good customer service.
