Nice clean hotel with good clean king bed and pillows. Down side, it doesn’t have bar fridge to keep cold drinks.
Two nice restaurants in the same building and like a foodcourt in front of it. Ample parking spaces but full at late night, staff tried all out to guide and assist to get a space. Recommended for short stay

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with Front Office Staff

I had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience with one of your front office staff, Farid. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30am after attending a wedding, with our 6-year-old daughter. Despite having a confirmed booking, Farid refused to check us in and kept insisting that we upgrade our room. He even confidently said he would mark us as a “NO SHOW” and that booking.com wouldn’t charge us anything — as if he had full control over the situation and zero regard for customer rights.
What shocked me most was his complete lack of empathy and basic human decency. It was late, we had a child with us, and yet he showed no concern or willingness to help. His attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional.
We’ve stayed at Aurora before, but this was the first time we encountered such unacceptable behavior. Based on this experience, I will never stay at Aurora again — and I will make sure others are aware of how poorly guests can be treated here. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.

All ok. However, i have 2 suggestions. Firstly, please make a lock for toilet. Secondly, at least 2 pillows for each bed. Thanks

Is a budget hotel , but room is clean .
Staff is friendly .. opposite road got food court
