My room is very comfortable with great views and well equipped. Located in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle. but unfortunately they don’t have any convenience stores or any restaurants nearby.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The front desk staff, particularly the woman in the middle, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would rate the service a -10 out of 10.
Additionally, the man selling pool tickets was just as unwelcoming. Even as a guest, I had to pay 20 RM for access to the 48th-level pool, which added to my frustration.
It's unfortunate because the location itself is beautiful, but the poor service really marred my experience. The view, however, deserves a solid 11 out of 10!
The area is quite remote and lacks easy access to any public transportation options.

It’s far to be even good.
-the mugs were dirty.
-the side of the mattress was dirty.
-the cutleries are old.
-the microwave was broken.
-there was not any detergent to use the washing machine or even hand soap.
-the shelves in the bathroom and the room about to be broken, like if you put something a bit heavy it will fall immediately.
-they are not cleaning the room by themselves, you have to request by WhatsApp before certain times.

My stay in this hotel was so good. The reception was amazing. The room was equipped with plenty of facilities. Beautiful view of the Twin towers through my window. Taxi grab area and availability of a subway (MRT) station (Raja Uda station, just 400m away) are other advantages of the hotel.

Stunning view!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 got richiamo cafe at the bernama building, love the klcc view from the room. Perfect work-cation.
