I did not stay as it was too far from town centre, as I did not have a car, also no public transport and I knew there was no one at premises unless I phoned and I did not have a roaming phone. I would not have booked had I knew how far it was from town centre, also it was an isolated lace.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that Lyaa Resthouse's front desk does not operate a 24-hour reception desk.
