The Horizon’s Premier Suite, Ipoh stay experinced
Room type : premier suite
Unit floor: at 10th floor
Parking floor: 3A
Check In: 4/6/2025 around 16:30pm
Check out: 6/6/2025 around 11:40am
Trip purpose: Family leisure with 1 wheelchair elderly and young kids.
Total Room/s : 3 bed rooms, 1 attached master-bed bathroom and 1 common bath room. + Living/common room.
Room bed type : all three rooms with standard queen size bed; master bed room bed with bed head bed frame, other two no. No night light, elderly mid night wakeup for toilet, when return he/she might knock their head when about to lying down. All mattress are hard type.
Linen/Bed sheet: used dark black blue , grey and light blue color,m. We use own pillows, pillow case.
Lighting: living room with ceiling spot lights, one ceiling light near kitchen kept blinking after on for 2 minutes causes dizziness. all bed rooms come with warm white downlight and slightly dim.
Air conditioning: working good, light mold from vent area
Ceiling fan : working good, remote control sensor not sensitive enough. Dusty fan blade, rolling lint dust can fall off when in high speed.
Doorknob slightly slippery and hard to open especially from outside due to installed to close to door frame.
Bath room : master-bed room bidet no holder, hook at toilet paper holder cause toilet paper wet. Shower head holder loose, water either sprinkle around or shower head pointing way downward when water /level/Volume increased. Common bath room bidet leaking, shower head holder totally loose like broken.
Both bath room floor slippery when wet. No divider for wet and dry, neither a shower curtain.
Wall-mounted hanging desk as dress up station at master bed room, the hanging desk is loose. Gently touch, it shakes and may soon fall apart
Curtain: able to blackout with decent seep sun light, sheer curtain at living room filled with large patch light brownish stains
Dustbin: plastic tidy basket type with no cover, each room and kitchen, total 4 of them.
Wheelchair access: building layout with Semi wheelchair access
1. Only car park enter to lift with wheelchair path way (ramp)
2. Exit from lift to unit not wheelchair friendly
3. Unit Entrance enter to unit not wheelchair friendly
Washing machine: semi auto, need to manually to press 2-3 times to let the washer carry on next minutes duty, after wash, need to manually change to spin dry mode.
Kitchen Utensils: most rusty / burned during to poor material. Non stainless steel. No cutting equipment. spoon, fork, bowl/s provided
Microwave: working good
Wall clock : not working/stopped
Sofa: 2-seater fabric-type couch, filled with stain and spot
Towel: each room come with 2 towels
Shower gel/Shampoo: wall-mounted manual soap dispenser, pressing type
Hair dry: one place at master bed room, fine to use.
Dining table and chairs: shaky table and chair, fine to be seated
Parking: strongly recommend who drive big 7 seated long length car watch out. Strongly ask the Horizon’s Premier Suite car park floor. As low at 1st or maximum 2nd floor. The upright and downright entry/exit to/from car park way nightmare when turning in/out. Make sure you are experienced or build in 360 degree camera to assist you turning in/out. Tense if you drive up/down more than 3rd floor and above especially if you need to in/out often.
Main door operated by password will provide from The Horizon’s Premier Suite Management upon arrival date check in at 15:00pm
Sound proof is another main concern. We only can have peaceful sleep night after 01:20am or later. Awful noise from upstairs. And extremely loud like someone fighting or moving furnitures or bunch of peoples having party. And continually for 2 nights 3 days.

- 1 car park included, additional car park fee at rm30/day. 2 Maximum car park lots
- C/I time 15:00pm C/O time before 12:00nn
- A collection of Security Deposit ( refundable) rm300 a day before you arrival , its promised will refund in 24h after check out with all condition right.
- Any furniture relocation after C/O, Horizon’s management will deduct from your security deposit
