This place needs a SCRUP..

Toilet is stain, curtains are broken & full of ants.
Rooms aircon drip water in the middle of the night.. Cannot sleep.
The key collection was last minute notice.. Need to chase for instructions to collect keys.
Imagine if you have No roaming datas when overseas.
Carpark access card only one card can be used no clear instruction.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
