Great location, pleasant reception, big room, good seaside view. The room window needs to be replaced as it was unable to be locked. The wardrobe is old, and needs to be replaced. Tv channels are very limited. Only had 2 Chinese and 2 Malay channels available. No tissues available inside the room.

Definitely dated. Poor internet and hard to get warm water for shower. Polite staff.

The location is great as its walkable distance to a lot of shops. There are not much amenities in the room. There was no toothbrush/paste, laundry bag and the towel and pillow cases had a slight foul smell. The heater was not hot enough, just lukewarm. But the staff were polite and accommodative.

Hopeless hot water system in the shower

Hot water takes ages to turn on. According to the staff, I have to wait 5 minutes for the hot water to work. Every other hotel uses electric showers in this 21st century and the staff told me that this hotel still uses boilers for hot water! Huh? Are we living in some twilight zone?
