Guest Safety Should Never Be Compromised
During my stay, I suffered a bleeding foot injury after stepping on a damaged and sharp swimming pool tile. This was a clear safety hazard that should never have been present in an area used by guests and families.
After my complaint, the hotel acknowledged the incident and later confirmed that the damaged tile had been repaired. This clearly indicates that the defect existed at the time of the incident.
What disappointed me most was not only the injury itself, but the way the matter was handled. Despite being a paying guest of the hotel, responsibility was largely redirected elsewhere instead of being properly addressed from a guest's perspective.
Guest safety should be a top priority for any hotel. When a guest is injured due to a defect in the facilities, accountability and a sincere resolution should follow.
I hope management will take guest safety more seriously and ensure that no other guest experiences a similar incident.

Pleasant Stay in Genting
+ Hotel was located nearby many shops so there were a lot of options for meals
+ Basement carpark
+ Rooms were comfy
+ Hot water and water pressure worked well
+ Comes with bedroom slippers
+ Bed was white, clean and comfortable
+ Water dispenser in the hallway
+ Bila Bila Mart in the hotel closes at 2am
Cons:
- Had dinner on the first night in the hotel (a la carte) and the food was bland
- Amenities level looks large but what belongs to the hotel is very limited. The rest belongs to the privately owned towers which sits on the same deck as the hotel
- Staff service MOSTLY good
- Road to hotel is rather dark with lots of constructions ongoing

Toilet provides body wash and hair conditioner soap. Toothbrush, hairdryer towels are clean. Water pressure is high and have quick water heater.
However, bedding was not so comfortable. Location was not that convenient compare to other places, the road toward this place was not well lit with streetlight and you have to drive through construction area.
Aside from the location and bedding, everything was good.
