One of our favorite at Cameron Highlands

Enjoyed our stay here again. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Fairly quiet corner despite its closeness to the town area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not great

Beautiful outside but outdated in the rooms. Very large as they consist of several rooms; for two, we had a double room and a room with two single beds, along with a bathroom and toilet. Common entrance with 2 other rooms occupied by a very noisy family. Rationed toilet paper, no spare roll. Stained sheets, a stained sofa, and grayish towels. Light breakfast of toast, margarine in a jar, jam, omelet, and all the other Malaysian dishes we are not used to eating... in the morning. The staff wanted to clear our plates before we had started, and to top it all off, the toaster caught fire.
The village is not very appealing; the only outing is the shopping mall!
Not our best spot in Malaysia except for the tea fields.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young man at reception during check-in and the breakfast restaurant manager.
However, the overall experience was average. The room for two was quite small and rather dark, although it was clean and nicely maintained. The bathroom is in the typical Malaysian style, so after showering the whole floor becomes wet. A floor squeegee would really help. The towels had visible stains, which was disappointing.
In the restaurant, many of the chair covers were stained. Breakfast options were limited for a European guest – mostly toast and beans. I tried some of the local dishes, but they felt too heavy for breakfast. On a positive note, the samosas and spring rolls were very good.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is room for improvement.

The location is convenient. About 15mins walk to the nearby mall. Provide the standard necessaries you need in a hotel. Breakfast is a-bit boring as 2 days serving 90% same foods..

Basic & average hotel

My expectation are too high for this hotel coz from the picture, it look so good & nice ‍♀️ Room are very small & I don’t understand the room configuration especially why put the small chair & table right in front of toilet room ‍♀️ so unhygienic! ‍♀️‍♀️
the toilet door also was very difficult to open from inside. Since they don’t provide any separate door for the shower area, once shower, the water will straight away went to the drainage which is beside toilet (another funny configuration) ‍♀️‍♀️
After shower all the water splash to the door, I can imagine how will be the door condition in the years coming ‍♀️‍♀️ it will be much better if the hotel use a sliding door instead.
And hair dryer only available upon request. heard that the hotel was recently renovated & looks like the hotel just follow their old designs.
anyway, won’t come again. Very basic hotel indeed & honestly price not that cheap also.
