Worst experience ever, old and dusty property.
First of all, you need to know that Gold Coast Morib International Resort is not necessarily a HOTEL. Me and my family in total 9 persons booked 3 triple room on Agoda, which are located at Block A in this resort. The rooms are owned by individual owner and they authorize their property to a management company called BeeStay Management to rent out like a homestay on Agoda platform. So, it doesn't have hotel quality.
This whole building (I stayed in Block A which just above the waterpark) is very old without regular maintenance. The hallway looks like old flat building, uneven concrete floor and wall with puddles if rainy days. The toilet got smell come from the drain, room got lots of ants and other insects, and very dusty. I suspect the room was idle for quite some days and they didn't clean the room right before I go, all surface full of dust even the bed. I even found a used diaper under the sink, couldn't imagine how long it was there.
BeeStay Management provide a whatsapp number for communications. But the man who handle the customer relations wasn't a polite worker. He/she replied in minimum words and mostly just ignore our request but just give standard reply only. This is not the way of being hospitality.
Overall, if you're considering this place for your staycation, please turnaround. Go for the next choice.

Not so great
While the water park is good enough for the price paid, the same does not go for the accomodations within the park. The apartments are not well maintained from the outside to the inside. The beach next to the park is beautiful during sunset.

The worst hotel/resort ever “ gold coast international morib resort”
Upon checked in. The room is dirty. All over the room is dusty. the floor is sticky and dusty. the toilet has jacuzzi but not function as well as not clean. the toilet is dirty and has hair on the floor trap hole. looks like they never clean the room except change the bed sheets.some of the light not function. no room wifi and telephone . i asked front desk to clean up the room. it took long time to come. staff no good. no apology given. manager front desk no good. i got itchy when lying on the bed during night. then i called manager front desk to change the bed sheet. she said ok to change the bed sheet and will ask someone to change it but no one came. then i call many times but no response. i went to front desk but no one . i had to sleep on the floor to avoid itchy that night. the staff very bad. no apology given by them. very disappointed stayed here and spoiled my family vacation mood.
The water park is good in category of small scale water park. suitable for children and adult. the environment is nice and near to beach.
Overall i give terrible because the resort is no responsible and no apology given by them. This is the worst hotel/resort ever stayed. not worth with price. no cheap stay here but room and service is worst. better stay at budget hotel compare to gold coast international morib resort. very embarrassing to use the word of international. my advised dont stayed here.

This is the worst hotel/resort ever stayed. not worth with price. no cheap stay here but room and service is worst. better stay at budget hotel compare to gold coast international morib resort. very embarrassing to use the word of international. my advised dont stayed here.

WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED
It was our biggest disappointment that we choose to be stayed at this hotel. The only area that it looks nice is the lobby area. The lift is looks broken. The wallpaper in pealed out. As we reached our floor, the entrance of the block was with rubbish everywhere. Then we were provided with a room that with dusty and has musty smell. Tv wasn’t working. Bedsheet had dirty stains. Even the budget hotel has telephone in the room and WiFi. But this resort doesn’t have one. So I have walk back down to complain at the Front Desk. Lucky enough the technician came and tried fixing the tv but failed. So I asked if we can change room, he did assisted on that. But the story doesn’t ends there. Thinking now things will get better, we moved. The room condition was much better but this time, the air condition was not producing cold air. Lucky we had the fan working. During shower period the drainage wasn’t working, which begins to flood. Jacuzzi worked but it produced dirty stuffs or stains which only later after we had our shower we realised!! The next day, the breakfast was served at outdoor areas which was covered with flies and it was very disgusting to eat there. We couldn’t even have our coffee and tea in peace. When we spoke to the Supervisor in charge, he said things are like that here, perhaps we could fill up a complain forms that is at the Front Desk!! That’s all we get for sharing our feedback?! Hair dryer wasn’t working, I went to the Front Desk to ask if they can provide another hair dryer, the response I get “you have you use what you have it in your room” ! How can we use a spoiled Hair Dryer?!! I had to seek again and only then it was provided. Overall the service sucks! The environment needs major repair! And the authorities needs to look at the food hygiene!! It was the MOST WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED!!

An average stay
Brought my family for a holiday here. Check-in was so so. I was attended by a female receptionist upon check-in. Was given a room which was not made up yet. Had to go down to reception again to change my room after bringing up my luggages as room was not made up. This time was attended by a male receptionist who had asked the female receptionist who had earlier checked me in. The answer from her to the colleague “System showed Clean” but no apology given. My wife approached the reception for bell service assistance upon arrival to help with luggage as i had my 80 year old Mother that needed help in walking but was informed no bell service available. The rooms are run down. The only thing that had made our stay enjoyable was the water park which my son enjoyed plus we as adults too had fun. Will consider going back in the future.
