Comfortable welcoming hotel
Overall the hotel would have rated 5 stars apart from the obsession with glass doors, glass shelves and a glass desk. The glass connecting door between the rooms meant that if the occupant put the light on in one bedroom it disturbed the person in the other room. Also, the sliding mechanisms made a clanking noise; not useful if one person got up in the night to go to the loo. Solid hinged doors would have been much more practical. Similarly with the bathroom.
It was the same with the glass shelves and glass desk in one of the rooms. These were very stylish and OK for light clothing and papers, but we were reluctant to trust them with heavy or sharp items, such as cases or large cameras. A bit too much style over practicality.
The breakfast buffet was very adequate, but not as generous in choice as we had experienced elsewhere on our trip.

Can do better.
– It is stated that the staff speak French, it is not true, in any case the staff we had to deal with had great difficulty in speaking French and it was difficult to have a conversation.
- The rooms were clean and the welcome correct but no more, however breakfast par up to the price and croissants absolutely uncooked.
In short, bof, can do better.

A good stay in a welcoming Pension
The staff really stand out—every interaction was pleasant, and they exceeded my expectations by responding to special requests without hesitation. Whether I needed recommendations for local locations or a last minute change in my Reservation, everything was handled with professionalism and kindness.
The rooms are perfectly comfortable, offering a good balance between comfort and functionality. Although they are not very large, they are well arranged, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable, and attention to detail is visible in every corner.
Overall, the service here is exceptional, and the team works smoothly to ensure that each client feels well taken care of. For anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable getaway, I highly recommend this place!
