Bad experience

Good hotel bad staff they are not helpful specially in resturant and bar I swear I never see bad staff in my life like that very very bad all of them not just one I stayed here 3 times they are very bad

Crazy - a bit

I do like crazy hotels. And Very Bad Hootel is definitely crazy – in the sense of decor. Otherwise, it is just OK place to stay. I stayed for one night in an economy room, nothing too crazy there, just a hotel room, clean enough with bed comfortable enough. What was really nice – enough of warm blankets as it was an unusually cold summer night. Breakfast was OK, but not more than OK.
Parking is practically non-existent – place maybe for two cars. Locality – for me it was just what I needed, but think twice if you are planning to stay for longer and do sightseeing in the city center: not the most convenient. And, if you plan staying, note that economy rooms are in the lower building which is reachable by quite inconvenient metal stairs. All the most spectacular rooms are more expensive and are situated in the upper building.

Terrible experience with managing booking

The owner is arrogant and doesn’t keep promises . Had to cancel the booking. Booking.com couldn’t cancel, the hotel couldn’t refund. Agreed with hotel that I could use the booking later with no additional payment . When the time comes, I called the hotel, the women presented her self as owner answered. Started to foul me the I’m incapable to cancel the booking properly, because others can do it, yelling at me that they never agree to change the booking dates without exact dates in advance.
Will never get back to this hotel …

Attention, there are several buildings at different heights

The hotel is very nice, original, decorated as it appears in the photos.
Now, the number of steep stairs to reach the room that touched us in a different building from the main one, to carry heavy bags, makes me not satisfied.
In the description it is not possible to know that the cheapest rooms are in buildings different from the main building.
The quality of regular sleep.
The possibility of parking for free in the surrounding streets and good breakfast, for my taste, are the best aspects.
