Very nice place, deserves 5atars
I had an amazing stay!
It was lovely.
The people were so nice.
Karim was amazing and very helpful.
He’s an awesome guy.
The location was lovely, close to everything.
The staff helped with every detail.
I’ll come back again and again.
Please, could we have umbrellas next to the swimming pool? It was too sunny.

Amazing place
Karim at reception was so wonderful and welcoming—a lovely person! The staff were also amazing and very helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, though it was a bit too sunny. I had a really great time there.

Clean ,helpful staff, not bad as a value,good location.breakfast could be better as I found it boring after 3 nights staying but overall I recommend the hotel

My wife, our 7 years old twins and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
Pros:
Prime location. Looking at the Mediterranean.
Staff: the staff were very impressive.
The hotel is very clean.
The pool at the roof top and the lounge/bar are great.
The rooms are spacious and is worth every dollar we paid.
Needs helps:
The hotel is a bit outdated. It needs facelifting. You can tell, the finishes in the rooms are not cheap at all. However, it needs some updates.
The breakfast buffet is good. It needs some attentiveness. Even though there was variety of food there, but the presentation wasn’t great.
The lobby is supper small considering the hotel size. Only two small coaches to sit on. It gets super crowded.
Overall, we will definitely go back to this hotel.

I'm blown away by the SERVICE at this hotel! Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly warm, genuine, gentle, and eager to help. From the Valet attendants, receptionists, concierge, front desk crew, room service staff, restaurant staff, Chief, all the way to the Operation Manager - everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND.
The location's fabulous too, with a breathtaking view over our beautiful and famous Raouché Rocks and our open sea, super convenient for exploring the city. But honestly, I'd go out of my way for the service alone!
