Exceptional Value

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast between. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.

Hotel is in perfect location , spacious ,and staff are very polite and helpful but the room was noisy at night being in first floor and there was bad smell from drainage in the bathroom

first there was no hot water they said itssummer who needs hot water
the electricity went off al night no ac and at 11 they started calling to check out very rude employees

The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black.
The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum.
