Viesnīca un personāls

Viesnīcā man palika ļoti labs iespaids. Sākotnēji nezināju, uz cik diennaktīm būs nepieciešama uzturēšanās, Administratore laipni rezervēja numuriņu, un, kad nākamajā dienā noskaidroju, ka tomēr palikšu divas dienas, viņa operatīvi palīdzēja pagarināt rezervāciju.
Iekārtojoties pirmajā numuriņā, pamanīju, nedarbojas televizors un jūtama cigarešu taste. Par to informēju administratori, kura ļoti ātri un atsaucīgi palīdzēja pārcelties uz citu numuriņu.
Lai gan cenā bija iekļautas brokastis noteiktā laika periodā, man no rīta bija jābūt tukšā dūšā. Personāls bija ļoti laipns un piedāvāja sagatavot brokastis līdzņemšanai kastītē.
Brokastīs tika piedāvāts plašs ēdienu klāsts viss bija ļoti garšīgs, un ēdienkarte katru dienu mainījās. Izvēle bija sākot no augļiem līdz pat siltajiem ēdieniem un dārzeņiem.
Kopumā ļoti labs iespaids, personāls izpalīdzīgs, atsaucīgs un tiešām savā vietā.

The mane issued for a poor rating is internet/wifi It just does not work at all. It is not slow or breaks down from time to time - it just does not work. If you need wifi for your business - this is not the place for you. I walked through different areas of the hotel in search for a possible hot spot - no luck. Breakfast ok, cleanliness, location ok, parking free.

The rooms are fine and cleaning is performed daily.
The coffee machine is a bit slow causing a queue in the morning
A special thanks to the receptionist Laura who was very kind and helpful in a stressful moment. She found a quick solution and was calming and trustfull in our intension. Furthermore, she helped ensure that we won't be in the same situation again

Even though the location is quite far from centre, but it can easily accessed by public transport (tram, bus). It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. Room was okay, it’s just I wish I got single queen/king bed instead of 2 twins bed since I was alone. Not sure whose fault, but the noise from the hallway at night was really annoying and i had trouble to fall asleep due to noise from other guests voice outside my room.

Good rooms, good breakfast, clean washroom, comfortable beds, quilt was bit shorter good my height 6feet. Location was ok.
