This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property **does not have a reception**, therefore the arrival time must be agreed in advance. **Arrival time must be agreed in advance. Normally this is done no later than the day before arrival.** For **last-minute reservations**, the arrival time must be agreed **at least 2 hours before the planned arrival**, within the check-in time. **Check-in: 15:00–22:00.** **Arrival after 22:00 is not possible.** If guests **do not arrive by 22:00**, the reservation **will be considered a no-show.** **Check-out: until 12:00.** You can contact us by phone **+371 20000091 from 09:00 to 22:00.** If guests **do not arrive at the agreed time**, or if the arrival time has not been agreed and a staff member must come again specially, an **additional fee for re-arranging the arrival** may apply. # Arrival information After the reservation is made, guests receive **initial arrival information**. **One day before arrival**, guests receive **detailed instructions**, including entrance information and door access codes. # Age policy **Minimum check-in age: 22 years.** Guests under the age of 22 may stay **only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.** # Security deposit Upon arrival, a **security deposit pre-authorization of EUR 50 per room** is required using a bank card (the amount is not charged, but temporarily reserved). The deposit may be used **in case of damages, extra cleaning or violations of house rules**. The deposit is **released on the day of check-out**, however depending on the bank it may take **up to 14 days** to appear in the guest’s account. # Room types and sound conditions The property offers different types of rooms: • economy rooms with **shared bathroom and shared kitchen** • economy rooms with **private shower and toilet** • **studio apartments** • **Love Apart apartment** **The property does not have air conditioning.** Studio apartments provide **more privacy and good sound insulation.** Economy rooms are located in a **shared corridor area**, therefore there is **more sound transmission between rooms and shared areas.** # Location The property is located **at the intersection of central streets**, therefore **city traffic and urban noise can be heard inside the property**. At night these sounds may be **more noticeable**, as the surrounding environment becomes quieter. # Parking Parking is available for **EUR 10 per night**, unless the selected reservation rate **already includes parking**. **The parking entrance gate is located from Barona Street 137.** # House rules **Parties and events are not allowed.** The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation if **the number of guests exceeds the reservation**, if the booking is made **for parties or disruptive activities**, or if a guest is **clearly under the influence of alcohol or other substances** and may disturb other guests or create a safety risk.
