I stayed there to sleep a few hours only, so cannot say much other than it was very clean. I arrived very late and the door was closed, gave them a call and they opened immediately. One thing is I can speak Chinese, so if you are a foreigner, not sure if the staff can speak English. All good overall, I could stay there again, very close to the railway station and that is why I booked in the first place.
My suggestion would be to provide a more detailed address!

Main reason I did not stay is the location in the middle of nowhere, with staff barely speaking English, or Chinese, not being able to tell me if meals were available

亲亲感谢您的耐心的好评，让你有不好的体验感酒店深感抱歉，你反馈的问题我们已经第一时间处理，重新招聘了新的会英文的工作人员，酒店大部分会老挝语，中文🌺酒店位置偏的原因主要是酒店位置高铁站附近，如果下站第一选折的话是一个不错的地方，酒店位置离高铁站8-10分钟，去市中心确实是有点远，但酒店目前是下高铁和上高铁首选第一选择，欢迎亲亲的再次光临！
