Nice boutique hotel in a very good location. Walking distance to the night market and many restaurants along the Mekong River. Clean hotel with friendly staff. The morning breakfast is very good. We will stay here again for sure.

A Hotel on the Mekong!

The hotel was quite different from the usual run of the mill places one finds to stay. The front office staff seemed helpful and friendly. The room allotted to me had 3 beds, wonder why they couldn't find another room for a solo traveler?
But just calling the hotel a boutique hotel doesn't make it a boutique hotel. There is a long way to go. The place urgently needs a makeover both inside and outside.
The swimming pool is actually a small tub - gets full with 4 adults sitting in each corner. Although the breakfast was unusually sumptuous and wholesome, the area where it is served should be moved to a dining room. The hotel shouldn't be using the lobby for this purpose.

Okay for 1 night

A little out of the way, but still near the river. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was okay if not limited to only eggs and fruit. Staff seemed fine, albeit not terribly friendly or engaged. That is unfortunately where the passable ends. The bathroom was mouldy (we had to wear shoes while showering), bathroom tiles were dirty, a light in the bathroom kept flickering, there was a used toothbrush left on the the small shelf next to the basin when we arrived.
We had a family room which was tiny, doable if you spent minimal time in there as we did. The price was cheap, so we didn't have high expectations, but simple things like clean and mould free bathrooms shouldn't be an unrealistic expectation.

It was not very satisfying because on the first day I went in, I saw dirt on the sleeping area and there was hair on it.

Great little hotel that is close to many shops and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the night market and the busy shopping section where the street vendors are as well. Quiet location, but close to the busy areas where all the “happenings” happen! We will definitely come again!
