The hotel's location is beautiful, and the view of the bay and sea is enchanting.
A prime location overlooking the Gulf, good reception service, nice breakfast, spacious rooms, close to Marina Mall, suitable for families, but the room rates are generally expensive.

My personal review of the hotel
The children's heating is broken and I wasn't informed of this problem.
The reason I booked the hotel was because the children enjoyed swimming.
This bothered me
But my stay was excellent in every other respect.

Great website, but the service is below expectations.
We stayed at the Safir Marina Mall Hotel during the third day of Eid, and the hotel was almost empty, which gave an initial impression of tranquility. We booked two ground-floor rooms with direct access to the sea, and this was one of the most prominent features due to the beautiful location and the view very close to the beach.
Unfortunately, the overall standard of the hotel does not reflect a five-star rating. The number of employees is very small, and this has clearly affected the speed and quality of service in various facilities.
The swimming pools (three pools) were so cold that the children could not swim. We also noticed the presence of many communities of Arab nationalities in the swimming pools who did not appear to be guests, suggesting a policy of entry without accommodation, and this negatively affected the privacy of the experience.
We had lunch by the pool and it was good, but the beach was unclean and full of dirt, with a complete absence of lifeguards on both the beach and in the pools, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this rating.
In the evening, the dinner experience at the main restaurant was below expectations, with the food being served cold and the service being slow. The biryani was delicious, but the rest of the dishes were not up to par.
Overall, the hotel is distinguished only by its beautiful location, but it suffers from a clear shortage of staff and a poor level of service, and deserves a rating closer to three stars or less.

The rooms were good and the staff helpful and friendly and this is our second time there , the beach is lovely and the swimming pool area is very attractive
