Excellent

The workers are amazingly helpful... The owners are kind and very humble... The pool is amazing. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, to the new Watamu mall and to the center .... Amazing experience. I would go back again .

WORST PLACE TO BOOK EVER

First of all we arrived there aa a group of 6 , we were ushered in by Amina. The place had no water, no TV.
When we complained about the water they started excuses. There were so many people walking in and out of the villa and they did not introduce themselves. Then came an old man looked sickly, said he is the owner and was very rude. Upon asking why there was no water and yet we got there at 6am, this time it was 3pm, he said that weve been in the pool all day so we shouldnt ask about water. He then insulted us alot, he was a kikuyu man. Some men came to fix the water at around 4pm. We went out and looked for another villa and when coming for our belongings he demanded we pay 14,000kshs for the day. He then added more insults but we only paid 7,000 for the pool, wifi and because we had cooked in his kitchen. Bottom line DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA. They are also the owners of NYUMBA TULIVU which is close by. Book the 2 villas at your own risk. rudest people i have ever met!!!!!

Run down

This place was probably ok some years back, However it has been run down since and I honestly wouldn't bother staying there unless you are totally stuck.
A lot of bugs at the property due to the place being empty a lot of the times, the staff were welcoming initially but immediately lost interest in us as they noticed we were not as flashy as they had hoped.
If you are dreaming of a memorable vacation with your family, then you might be in for a surprise.

A beautiful Eco Resort

The downside first: The Resort has no parking inside the facility. One has to park on a road reserve parking though guarded. Breakfast was poorly served with tea very cold. The waiter serving breakfast was not clean enough to be allowed to handle foods. One the second night we did not have water in the rooms and no effort was made to even provide water for the lavatories. Bettina was away most of the time and showed no concern of what was happening.
Upside. The Resort décor is tasteful and the compound nicely manicured with flowers creating a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and the Ladies cleaning were very helpful. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The lobby had nice reading beds with giant pillows for a nice evening relaxation. The hotel environment is remarkable.
With improved customer care this is would be the place to stay when at Watamu. I travelled with family

A little paradise

We arrived in the afternoon, after a long way and then we entered this paradise. Full of palm trees, a swimming pool, a little bar. Clean room with a huge bed and so many pillows. And this was all for us, 4 friends. Nobody else was accomodated in the resort. Tina was very friendly and caring if everything is fine. They cooked for us (really delicious kenyan dinner), she texted us few times if everything was alright, always helping when necessary.
