The view was nice and friendly waiters

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, peaceful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent service overall.

The worst restaurant/hotel experience ever,a well planned ceremony was spoilt by a single hotel; the Rocky beach resort.

-Poor services
-. Food was served hours late
-The food portion was very little when asked they said that they ran out of food but they still went ahead to charge more money
-poor management skills by the manager.
The manager does not own up to anything.
-The Rocky beach resort successfully messed a graduation ceremony.

I regret ignoring the reviews.

Don't step into this place. Worst service I have ever had in a joint. My order took more than 4 hours! It reached a point people were asking for a refund,including me, but they said that is not possible. So no food and your money is gone.

Terrible Place

AVOID this place at all costs. Very poorly prepared food, dirty environment, rude waiters. Visited here 2023 september. Food was poorly cooked, pork tasted rotten. And you have to wait for several hours before it is ready. Go to the next resort.

Quality services

Overall, quality services offered. However, they are a bit slow on their services. I would recommend anyone to this place if you are not in a hurry. The place has a good, conducive environment and a great lake view.
