Complaint for my refund
I had paid up in advance and was not notified about their cancellation policy of deducting 10%.
Only after i paid up was this information made available to me.
The receptionist Fancy however assured me that they would not deduct as i hadn't been informed beforehand about it. It was clearly a mistake on the employee's part.
But at time of collecting refund, within permissible time frame, the amount was deducted.
I have repeatedly called and texted them but no reply.
Never have i experienced such lies in Africa.
They have cheated me.
Be careful when u book here as they dont keep up their word.
With such a dishonest policy, their organisation is just looking at bad karma.
They are welcome to live with it and its consequences.
