Excellent

The receptionist are very welcoming especially Margaret , Emmanuel and Dennis not to mention the rooms as they are very nice and spacious . The restaurant experience was very nice big ups to Sharon and the rest of team . I will definitely be back again.

Cancelled our booking without informing us

We booked accomodation for 2 at Kenya Inn, as we had to fly the next morning. We received a confirmation email for this booking.
First the hotel is extremely hard to find within a labyrinthic gathed compound. There is absolutely no sign on the door to indicate where it is and no one to help you find it. No way a taxi will find you to drive you to the airport the next morning.
We arrived at the time we had announced but when we finally found the place, the lady said that she sent us a message to cancell on WhatsApp because she had decided to give our rooms to other poeple. We never received this message. We handed up beeing 2 young women alone at night in the street of Nairobi without anywhere to go which was a clear safety issue.
Do not rely on this hotel for your accommodation!

Close to the airport with a helpful host

A few days before traveling to Kenya, I got a message on WhatsApp from the host, Mary N. She was very nice and helpful. I took an Uber here from the airport. She waited up late for me when my flight was quite delayed. The room is very clean and cosy. You hear the neighboring rooms a good deal. Shower and breakfast are good.

Extra Ordinary experience,Will come again!!

Strategically located just 20 minutes from the airport,Kenya Inn offers a homely experience,whether you are traveling on holiday or work related trip,this is the place to be..breakfast is amazing rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable,
Be sure to meet Mary who is amazing extraordinary warm and who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience.
I’ll certainly come back and cannot hesitate recommending this place to my friends or anyone out there.

A warm welcome

The Inn is close to the airport - with Uber just Ksh 500 - and is VERY good value for money. The service is very good and friendly, and included serving an evening meal at very short notice on our arrival. The Inn is family run and it is easy to feel a personal connection. The room was clean.and the shared bathroom worked fine. We would stay here again. If you are arriving in the evening and want an evening meal, remember to request it when you make your booking. We did not explore the local area.
