Very Good Hotel

I love Cloud hotel. Its location is excellent within the heart of Parklands and near Westlands, UN, Aga Khan Hospital and Nairobi CBD. The rooms are clean and spacious, the roof top swimming pool is heated and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst Experience

(1) House keeping service was bad
(2) Bathroom knobs were not working
(3) Toiletries were not proper
(4) Bedsheets were not cleaned
(5) Things were messy
(6) Nobody from House keeping is approachable , so need to go to reception
(7) Also Reception Ladies were not co-operative

Very nice views from the roof top restaurant and bar and I thought it was a good value .
