Great for groups!
A stone throw away from the beach, not too close that the breeze gets too chilly in the evenings but just far enough that you can smell the ocean. Loved it!

Terrible Experience
If I could give Diani Breeze Villas zero stars, I would. We booked directly with the manager, Lorna, who lured us in with "stunning" photos that turned out to be nothing short of a catastrophic deception. What is advertised online is a total work of fiction—do not be fooled!
We arrived at 4:30 PM with four families, expecting a holiday sanctuary. Instead, we stepped into a construction zone of filth. Only one villa was even remotely "clean." In the others, we were met with the suffocating stench of wet paint as a man was literally still painting the balcony railings.
The wardrobes full of dust we couldn’t even put our clothes in.
The "service" was a joke:
• The Hygiene Horror: Housekeeping was literally waiting for linen to dry in the sun while we stood there. The villas were unready, unkempt, and utterly depressing.
The so called entertainment area is a sad place to entertain, unkept full of dust that now holds books.
• Broken Appliances: Our fridge was completely dead. We watched our expensive holiday food supplies spoil before our eyes because management couldn’t provide the bare essentials of a functioning kitchen.
• The "Mosquito Trap": In a room with twin beds, there was a single, miserable, tattered net hanging uselessly from the ceiling.
The Management is Heartless:
Lorna and the owners are completely devoid of empathy or professionalism. We had already sunk 30,000 KSH into this dump as a down payment. When we realized the place was uninhabitable and asked for just a 50% refund so we could salvage our Christmas elsewhere, they showed their true colors and refused.

Average in every way
If you stay here you literally have to buy everything coz even the basic necessities like bottled drinking water are not provided.
This place leaves a lot to be desired and a lot of improvement is required.
