Very cozy place

The Monte Bianco Hotel is a terrific place to spend a few days while visiting Astana. Rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated and the staff keeps everything beautifully clean. The staff is attentive to each and every guest. Breakfast was especially good here! Many tasty entrees: eggs, cheeses, fresh breads, salads, yogurt, sausage (halal) and wonderful black tea. The personal approach that the staff takes is impossible to find in other, larger hotels and I will return here to the Aktau/Monte Bianco Hotel as often as I can. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Jusy Too bad. No recommend anything. Not kind. Poor breakfast. No supply water. No infra around. No credit card accepted. No gym. No swimming pool.
I don't have anything good to remember. Hotels.com must re-evaluate the level. I moved to other hotel even after paying room charge.

Отель новый, чистый, очень красивый. Все свежее, приятно здесь находиться. Почти дворец. Но в город добираться далеко и континентальный завтрак не очень подходит нашей семье. Шведский стол предлагает больше разнообразия. Наш ребенок очень избирателен в еде и были небольшие проблемы с тем, чем его кормить утром. В остальном все отлично.

Отель отличный. Персонал вежливый. Любой вопрос, пожелание решаются в кратчайшее время в любое время суток.
