I could never be thankful enough for my stay at W Amman. The staff were amazing, and their hospitality made me feel truly valued and very special it feels like my second home.

Perfect central hotel with lovely staff
The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and we loved how it’s located right in the city center.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. For the price, the hotel offers great value and we definitely got more than we expected.

Great city hotel
This very stylish and modern hotel is one of the few high-rises in the city. The rooms have a great view over the sea of houses. The city center is only about 10 minutes by taxi. Since Amman is very hilly, you can also walk, about 45 minutes. Next to the hotel there is a pedestrian area and attached a mall with shops and restaurants. The rooms are very modern and equipped with every comfort. You sleep really well. I had upgraded to a penthouse suite on the 27th floor. Stock. There were other gimmicks here such as a pool table and party lighting. In summer there is an outdoor pool at the level of the main restaurant Mersh. In addition, the house has two more, also at the bar “Living Room” there is a small menu. The food is really good, the staff incredibly friendly and warm. I would particularly like to mention Osama, Eka, Omar, Obada and Abdel. Unfortunately, the staff don't wear name badges, I would have liked to have mentioned more. Maybe you could change that... I can only recommend the hotel.

Be Aware of Discrimination
I tried to book a room for myself at W
Amman and subsequently received an
email from their team requesting additional information about my stay.
When I contacted them to provide
my details, including my arrival time,
preferences, and my intention to use
amenities such as the pool, I was surprised to learn that access to the pool and certain other hotel amenities is restricted to couples and mixed groups, meaning that single men are denied entry.
This is blatant discrimination on the basis of gender and marital status, and it is completely unacceptable
I am honestly surprised that the Ministry
of Tourism allows such discriminatory
practices to take place in Jordan.
I cancelled my stay immediately. I will not
tolerate, encourage, or support any entity that discriminates against people based on their gender, marital status, or any other personal characteristic.

Royalty treatment at the heart of Amman
I could be biased but, this is easily one of the best, if not the best hotel in Amman. It is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in Jordan and has reaffirmed my choice of preference for W hotels!
Where do I start?
The staff are a true gem of this hotel. All of them. But I’d especially like to give a shout to the ladies who checked me in and out the first 2 nights (one was with curly hair in a bun). Including the bellman, the breakfast crew, all of them. They made my stay feel like royalty.
The food is exquisite, possible the best breakfast buffet I’d tried.
The best surprise of it all? We were upgraded to a suite as a Titanium elite for both stays! (and Wow! What a suite surprise that was!). This hotel sure knows what hospitality is and I dont think I can ever thank them enough!
The location literally cannot be any better. Very lively location, close to the boulevard. Perfection.
I absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting! And I certainly cannot wait to be back here on my next visit.
If I were to be critical, I’d say it does get a bit crowded (granted it was over eid and a wedding party was there too), I would propose some alternative settings to the breakfast. I still think they handled this well, but maybe a note for next time?
