Good as a base
We stayed there for 2 nights during our group tour.
Unfortunately a room with street view (and accompanying noise).
Light disturbance from the hallway.
Breakfast buffet style, Dinner all crammed together on your plate: couldn't go fast enough. The waiters fell over each other's feet and came openly to ask our tour guide for their tips on the last night.
Swimming pools are not much (outdoor pool was only open 2nd day, inner tube was small and full of men who looked up strangely when a woman joined while it was mixed).
We stayed in room 716

Definitely a place I would stay again
Marriott Amman was one of those hotels where the location, cleanliness, and staff all came together perfectly.
The location was a huge plus for us. It is very central and easy to walk around from, with restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, spas, and many other places close by. We rarely felt like we had to go far to find anything we needed.
The hotel itself was also incredibly clean. Our room was always fresh and spotless, and Mohamad Anwar deserves a special thank-you for the care he put into it every day. The little details and extra touches did not go unnoticed.
The staff throughout the hotel were some of the friendliest people we met during our trip. Omar, Rula, the front-desk team, security, valet, housekeeping, and the lobby staff were all wonderful.
The security team checking the cars became especially familiar with me because I think I passed by them at least ten times a day . No matter how often I came and went, they were always polite and smiling.
I also appreciated the smaller things, like having my tea brought regularly and the lovely ladies near the piano area who made my coffee.
The atmosphere was just very warm and welcoming. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help, and it made the hotel feel less like a hotel and more like a place where people actually cared that you were there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Stay We Will Always Remember
Marriott Amman gave us such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and well cared for, but what really made the difference was the people.
The location is also excellent. It is right in the middle of everything, very easy to walk around, and you have so much nearby including pharmacies, spas, restaurants, cafés, and anything else you may need. That made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Every department we interacted with was amazing. The front-desk team, including Waleed, Ahmed, Rania, Omar, and the rest of the staff, always made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
The security team also deserves a special mention, especially Rula and the staff checking the cars at the entrance. I was in and out of the hotel so many times each day that I think they probably saw me more than anyone else during my trip , but every single time they were friendly, respectful, and smiling.
The valet and entrance team were always quick to help and made coming and going so easy. Everyone was attentive without ever making the service feel forced.
Mohamad Anwar, who took care of our room, also deserves special recognition. Our room was spotless every day, and the little details he added made us feel like he truly cared about our stay.
I also loved the small daily routines that made the hotel feel like home, from having my tea brought to me to getting coffee from the lovely ladies near the piano seating area.
What impressed me most was the attitude of the staff. Everyone smiled, everyone was kind, and everyone made you feel important. I am sure they have stressful days just like the rest of us, but they never showed it.
By the end of the stay, I was joking that Marriott Amman made it very hard for me to go back to the U.S. I honestly wished I could take the whole team back with me.
Thank you to everyone who made our stay so comfortable, warm, convenient, and memorable.

It was an amazing property with excellent service, and the food was outstanding. The location was perfect—not far from all the activities and shopping malls. I had an awesome experience and a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again!

The rooms are extremely clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The staff is friendly and are available to assist and help with anything needed, this includes getting the best deals for transportation to and from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet, gym and spa are great !
Definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking this property next time I’m in town
